You come in as crew, you leave as crew
No rider left behind. You start together, you finish together, you debrief together. Speed is personal, spirit is collective.
On track together since 2022. A single crew, evolved but still true to itself: riders who know each other by name, not by registration number.
The bad idea was this: we thought all it took to improve was signing up for a track day. After a few seasons gritting our teeth among faster riders, overcrowded groups and zero technical feedback, we realized the track is something else entirely.
The track is setup, line, repetition and trust. It's a crew in the pit box that helps you when you need it, without judgment or hierarchy. It's knowing that throughout the entire day there's always someone ready to lend a hand, from your line to your setup.
Racing Crew was born in 2022 from this frustration, and from a promise we made to each other: we would never again organize sessions where someone goes on track without knowing how to come off faster.
The milestones that transformed a WhatsApp group into a structured crew.
The first Racing Crew track day is a weekend among friends at Cremona. We show up with a van, a few tools and a lot of enthusiasm. Zero structure, zero formalities: just passion. This is where the idea of doing it properly was born.
In just over a year we reach the first 100 sessions on track. The crew grows, word of mouth works. Those who know the track share what they know: no coach, just teammates helping each other out.
We pass 200 sessions. Riders of every level, bikes of every type, one common thread: you come in together and you leave together. The formula works, the crew consolidates.
The crew grows but stays true to itself: small groups, technical support available throughout the day, a familiar paddock vibe. The promise of 2022 remains intact.
No rider left behind. You start together, you finish together, you debrief together. Speed is personal, spirit is collective.
On track the winner isn't the fastest - it's the one who learns fastest. No reckless overtakes, no chasing lap times at all costs. We grow, we don't compete.
You don't have to be a technician to ride with us. During every day there's always someone who can help you with setup - whether it's tyre pressures, riding position or suspension. Technical support is part of the day, not an extra.
What you learn, you share. The experienced rider helping the beginner is the backbone of Racing Crew. The Track Wiki is just the written version of this promise.
In the crew we have riders from 20 to 50 years old. The track doesn't care about your age: it cares about your desire to improve. Whether you just bought your first track bike or already have 10 seasons under your belt, you're welcome.
Don't have a van to transport your bike? If it's feasible and makes sense route-wise, we'll happily make a detour to pick you up. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.

I was afraid of being the slowest in the group. Instead I found people who genuinely want to share what they know, without judging you. And the fact that you don't pay anything extra compared to booking on your own is even more remarkable.
I didn't have a van to transport my bike. I mentioned it in the group and the next day Simone said he'd come by my place at five in the morning with the van. No organizer gives you that.
I learned more in one season with Racing Crew than in the three previous years on my own. It's not formal coaching, it's that on track there's always someone who tells you what to fix. And it works.
Message us. We'll have a quick chat, figure out where you're at, and tell you which track day to start with. That's it.
